Cortland Holcomb Bridge

We absolutely love it here. Attis is a beautiful community with many great features already available (and some will be available soon!). We have lived in many apartments over the years, and the second that we finished the tour at Attis -- we both knew that we didn't need to look any further. Our two-bedroom apartment is exactly what we were looking for... granite counter-tops, dark wood cabinets, beautiful blue tile back-splashes, and new stainless steel appliances. It's important to note how great the staff in the community are. The leasing and office staff (Josh, especially) and all of the maintenance technicians are truly one-of-a-kind in their level of customer service. Service requests are promptly responded to, and notice of any work being done on the property that would affect your unit or parking lot are given well in advance. Attis seems to be well ahead of the curve when it comes to technology in the apartments and communicating with their residents. The Nest thermostat is great and helps us conserve energy when we are away from home. We love the text message and email updates when a package has arrived, and even the texts to remind us that work will be done on the property the next day are great (i.e. repaving, pressure washing, etc.) The community is still finishing up their extensive renovations, but we truly haven't been inconvenienced by any of work. Our neighbors are quiet and the grounds are kept up with. In reading many of the reviews before we chose this property, it was noted that many people dealt with bugs in their apartment. It's important to keep in mind that the community is located in a wooded area, and pests are to be expected. Since the small pest control fee is included in your rent payment each month, setting a reminder on my phone to request a pest control visit monthly has been a great way for us to remember to be proactive about it. The pest control company leaves you a note to let you know that they treated, and communicates with the office staff if a follow up call needs to be made. Finally, the location of this apartment is fabulous. Although Holcomb's Bridge Road can be a bit busy at times, the proximity of great shopping and restaurants is well worth it.

Had to leave a review because this place has really kept it together these past few years. Great place with calm neighbors. I've been here for almost 3 years. Management is nice and treats you like a person. Great location for families and business people. Lots of food delivery options are nearby. Good distance from other major atlanta suburbs. Good maintenance. Gets fast Amazon delivery. The roomate floor plan is such a great layout. I have the cedarwood and its perfect for a feeling of privacy. There is a mail theft issue for the assigned post office, but post office is assigned by the government so...there's not much the complex can do about that. Got many things stolen until i started using a P.O box the next town over. Even had huge credit card fraud because of the local post office theft. Long story. But anyway. It's a good place. Just don't send anything that looks cute for women or girls or that looks valuable through the USPS. If you're a real city person, it will take a long time to adjust out here. It's not close to the city from the perspective of a city person, but it's close to plenty of other stuff if you get in your car and drive. Its about 40 minutes to midtown for example. Not a casual drive.

I’m retired Air Force and I’ve Totally Enjoyed my Residency here in the Cortland Holcomb Bridge Apartment community, since June 2020! The apartment’s grounds are well maintained and kept clean of trash and debris! The overall Vibe of the community is pleasant and stress free! The apartments units are amazing, offering several modern and unique floor plans! You immediately feel comfortable and relaxed when you get home! The Maintenance Service is Great, always quick to respond, respectful of property in your unit, friendly and Proficient!! I truly cannot Praise the Leasing/ Management office enough, they are simply Outstanding!!! They are Professional, Courteous, Responsive!! Catherine, Haley and Gabriela( no longer there) through their Awesome Customer Service and Planned Residents activities totally Enhances the Living Experience here at Cortland Holcomb Bridge Apartments!!!

The community is extremely beautiful, well looked after and peaceful. Everything was so beautiful that I had the impression of being in a resort. The amenities are exquisite. I love the workout gym, pool area. I like the apartment's upscale appearance as well, closets and more. Frances answered all my queries and was extremely accommodating and amiable as well.

I had such a great experience touring Cortland Holcomb Bridge. The community was gorgeous, great club house. The leasing office was so engaging, especially Frances. She was so personable, funny and she knew everything about the community. I’m moving to GA in several months and I feel like this place is going to be perfect for me!
